Dudley Smith Partnership has over 60 years experience covering virtually all sectors of the Construction Industry. All technical staff have either professional qualifications or are pursuing qualifications using the Practice’s RICS approved structured training programme. Dudley Smith Partnership prides itself on a ‘hands on’ approach by the firm’s Directors. A Director in Charge is designated as principal contact for each project, supported by a project surveyor and other professional/technical staff where appropriate. Good communication skills are the key feature of the Practice’s activities, adopting a non adversarial approach to construction procurement.The practice is wholly owned and managed by the Directors.
