Ian is experienced in all aspects of project management, construction management and quantity surveying for a wide range of projects. His experience is underpinned by appropriate academic qualifications. His particular company responsibilities are financial and legal matters. |

| IAN HARVEY FRICS RMaPSIan joined the Practice in 1983. Ian is a highly experienced quantity surveyor providing project and cost management services and is also a registered member of the Association for Project Safety providing advisory services in relation to the CDM Regulations. |

| SIMON BOWN BSc MRICSSimon joined the practice in 1997 as a senior surveyor before becoming an associate. Simon has extensive experience of project management for a diverse range of clients. Simon enjoys developing the company’s strategic plan by developing Health and Marketing initiatives. |
